Chill Out is, just for that—to chill out! For all of my anxious Annies out there, this is for you! Chill Out is available in two forms: A tincture and a glycerite. I personally prefer the glycerite! A tincture is alcohol based, I used vodka. And a glycerite is glycerine based, vegetable glycerine. The tincture has an obvious alcohol taste. A glycerite is usually sweeter (glycerine is sweet), but you usually can taste the plant matter more. This would be good for people who like to avoid alcohol! I also prefer to take any tincture or glycerite in a drink or with a drink All blends are created by me, someone who is properly trained to work with herbs.
