You don't want hot chilli, but you like flavour. In that case, traditional Japanese Fushimi peppers will fit your preferences. The elongated pods are about 14cm long and look like they should be hot, but aren't. Use them raw, in stir fries, or fry them up whole, either coated in batter, or just as you picked them.
