By reclaiming foam remnants from our pad manufacturing, we are able to keep 8.8 tons of scrap foam out of the waste stream and what would 48 tons of carbon dioxide out of the air i f made from a virgin foam production process. And from extensive testing, we were able to dial our remolding process to work well with the composite blend of multi-source waste foam to create just the right durability and deflection for seat comfort and longevity.
