Specifi cations Total Length: Approx. 102mm Width: Approx. 14mm Usage Instructions: Since the BMC Chisel is handmade, there may be slight variations in the size of the handle. If there is any wobbling even after tightening the metal cap, adjust the thickness by wrapping cellophane tape around the chisel. If it's too tight, you can shave down the protruding part of the tip or file the interior to fit. The maximum chisel size that can be mounted is: Width: Approx. 5.0mm Thickness: Approx. 2.6mm When removing and reattaching the metal cap, always check for vertical alignment before tightening the cap. If it feels too tight, do not force it. Instead, loosen it slightly before tightening again. Forcing it in a tilted position will damage the ABS resin screw threads, rendering it unusable. The protective cap comes with size-specific seals included. Loosen the cap at the tip before inserting it. There is no need to remove the cap completely from the tip.
