Approximately 475 open-pollinated, non-gmo, pesticide-free, and heirloom chive seeds (Allium schoenoprasum) per packet. Thrives in a variety of soil types. Produces a mild onion gr assy flavor. Great for eggs, garnishes, sauces, and soups. Will bloom into edible pink flower globes. Direct sow seeds 0.25 in deep once soil is workable in the spring. Or for indoors, plant seeds 4-6 weeks before last frost. Place 0.25 in into soil with even heat and moisture. Seeds like darkness for germination, taking 14-21 days.
