For runner's knee, mild lateral patellar subluxation, patellofemoral arthritis, iliotibial band friction syndr ome, and patellar tendonitis. Won't impair circulation. Strap functions dynamically as knee bends and straightens. Improves tracking and helps spread pressure uniformly over surface area.
