McCormick Bakery & Chocolate Factory is the passion project of Myriam Osorio McCormick, a trained chef and chocolatier who honed her craft in Buenos Aires before returning to her hometown of Tegucigalda, Honduras. Named in honour of her grandmother — whose love of cooking and family hospitality shaped Myriam's culinary philosophy — the company is built on the belief that great food is an act of care. McCormick sources four metric tonnes of Honduran cacao annually through fair trade co-ops, directly supporting local farming communities and sustainable livelihoods across Latin America.
