Chocolate Barfi Our Chocolate Barfi starts with fresh whole milk, cooked slowly until it reduces into a thick khoya base. Chocolate is then worked into the warm khoya with sugar an d pure desi ghee, and everything is cooked together until it reaches the right consistency.
