Smooth, indulgent and full of flavour, this is our chocolate take on the Basque burnt cheesecake we fell in love with.Each cheesecake is freshly baked to order in our Bristol kitchen using cream cheese, mascarpone, double cream, eggs, sugar, vanilla, dark chocolate, chocolate powder and corn starch.
