This is super special stuff. Kenyak make this by hand in Tassie using Tarkine Wilderness Honey. The honey is sourced from beehives placed deep inside the Tarkine Rainforests in Nor th-West Tasmania - one of the most surreal, undisturbed wilderness areas in the world. Home to some of the cleanest air on earth. Here it is as a crunchy candy, hand-dipped in fruity milk chocolate. Mrs Pepe and I came across this when we were at Pigeon Whole Bakers in Hobart recently. It is made by Chris Greentree, a pastry chef by trade. We saw it, we ate it, saved just enough for the team in Sydney to try it, and the next day we ordered it to share with you here!
