Rich, aromatic, and delightfully unique, our Faircrest Farms chocolate mint is grown in healthy living soil and harvested fresh to capture its signature fragrance and flavor. This beautiful mint variety carries a smooth minty aroma with subtle notes reminiscent of cocoa, making it a favorite for teas, desserts, and culinary garnishes. Chocolate mint is traditionally enjoyed as a soothing herbal tea that is both refreshing and gently calming. Its flavor shines in iced drinks, fruit dishes, baked goods, and homemade syrups, where its natural sweetness adds depth without overpowering. Like all mints, it is also a pollinator-friendly plant, producing delicate flowers that support bees and beneficial insects in the garden. Perfect fresh, dried, or infused into beverages and desserts for a uniquely refreshing twist.
