This two-three hour course will walk you through the in's and out's of Tempering Chocolate; known in the business as pre-crystalized chocolate. You will work in pairs to produce ch ocolate bark, and at the end share them with fellow students; taking home 3-6 unique barks of your own making! The class size is 6 people with 2 teachers to support them in their creations for the best leaning experience possible. Classes will run only when the class is full.
