At the western northern tip of South America, in the Central Cordilleras, coffee has grown since the 19th century arriving via Venezuela. In this region there are three towns, Mede llin, Armenia, and Manizalas (MAM) where the coffee is brought from the rugged mountain plantations. The high altitude with the abundant sunshine and ample rain fall produce a coffee with a medium body, rich flavor and fine balanced acidity. Show more
