Cholla driftwood is a great biofilm home and provides a good food source for dwarf cherry aquarium shrimp. Cholla is a soft wood and eventually will break down over a long period of time. It will float initially when added into an aquarium fish tank but will eventually sink. To sink immediately boil for 2-3 minutes, cool before adding into your fish tank aquarium. Cholla driftwood does release some tannins into the water for shrimp. Show more
