After completing my latest book with 30 plus drawings, I decided to try a new technique on my latest painting. I combined a marker rendering with paint. The result is a full blown painting with a "sketchy" feel. This technique wouldn't work on all my paintings, but "Chop Shop", set in a garage, has that "sketchy" character to it. It definitely works for this Bobbed Panhead up on a lift in a backyard garage. My good friend Jay, built this bike and this is his garage. He works solo in a small shop and has built many motors for Cannonball bikes and ships his builds worldwide. I honored & proud to call you a friend Jay!
