Chouchin Reverse Pendant by Ionna Vautrin for Foscarini. Named after the Japanese word for the traditional paper and bamboo lantern, Chouchin is a collection of modern suspension lights made of blown glass of various shapes, sizes and colours. Following the success of the coloured glass Chouchin range, Foscarini has added Chouchin Reverse: a set of three differently shaped shades which invert the colours of the standard Chouchin range with a white glass diffuser and a coloured collar. Available in three different models: Chouchin Reverse 1 has an orange glass collar at the base of the shade, Chouchin Reverse 2 has a green/grey collar at the base of the shade and Chouchin Reverse 3 has a grey collar at the base of the shade. The white glass shade emits a soft yet strong diffused light and a direct downlight. Can be used singly or in series to great effect. Chouchin Reverse can also be combined with standard Chouchin for a contrasting effect. Supplied with 340cm cable and white ceiling rose as sard.
