At The Cumberland Turkey Company, we raise slow-grown, high-welfare Christmas Chickens - giant birds fed on top-quality feed and matured naturally. The result? A happier, plumper, and incredibly flavourful chicken with a sweet, rich taste. Unlike standard supermarket chickens, which are typically just six weeks old, our birds are raised for around 17 weeks, allowing them to fully mature, and you can truly taste the difference. Each Christmas chicken is dry-plucked, gas-sealed, and boxed with giblets included, ready to make your festive feast something special.
