Makeup Sponge Technique - Using a small piece of PP2500 transparency film add a small amount of Chrome Powder to the film and using a Makeup Sponge, coat the sponge lightly with powder, apply to a cup that has been prepped with Black Spray Paint, while in the "tacky" state drag the coated sponge over with long even strokes, making sure to coat entire cup. Continue until fully coated, going over any areas that have been missed. Finalize with epoxy layers.
