Directions:After prepping the nail, apply V Beauty Pure's Chrome Bond where you would like your chrome powder to adhere to. Cure for 30-60 seconds, depending on your lamp. Using a silicone tool, eyeshadow applicator, or your fingertip, rub the powder onto the cured nails (start with a small amount and build as needed).
