Chuck eye is one of those underrated steaks that deserves more attention. Often called the “poor man’s ribeye,” the chuck eye comes from close to the rib section, which gives it ri ch beef flavor, solid marbling, and a tender bite when cooked right. These steaks are cut 1.25 inches thick and come two per pack, making them a great choice when you want a steak with serious beef flavor and ribeye-style character.
