Chums - Orbiter Float Losing a good pair of sunglasses to the bottom of a lake or river is an expensive lesson. The Chums Orbiter Float retainer keeps your frames at the surface where you can actually retrieve them, without adding bulk or discomfort to your setup. The retainer itself is made from stainless steel, which means it won't trap sweat, hold odours, or degrade the way fabric and rubber can after repeated exposure to sun and water. It sits low-profile against the back of your neck and fits comfortably through long days on the water. The foam float attachment comes in high-visibility colours, making it easy to spot your shades quickly if they do come off, and it keeps frames weighing up to 45 grams riding at the surface rather than sinking. The float is also removable, so if you'd rather run the stainless retainer on its own when you're off the water, that option is there. Low-profile temples mean it fits most standard sunglass frames without modification. A straightforward, well-executed piece of kit for paddlers, anglers, and anyone who spends real time around the water.
