청자 오목 접시 소 ø127 x 25 mm | ø5 x 1 in Our beautiful Cheongja(celadon ceramics) pieces are individually handmade by Jinho Choi. Jinho Choi is a ceramicist based in Yeongwol, specializ ing in traditional Korean Celadon called Goryeo Cheongja. Incorporating his unique sensibility, he balances the timeless beauty of Korean pottery with an undeniable modernity of his own. Cheongja(chung-jah) ceramics have a deep history in Korea, initially produced during the Goryeo Dynasty (918-1392 CE), and regarded as some of the finest pottery created at the time. It's hallmark pale green luster is reminiscent of jade and is notable for it's unique surface pattern, becoming some of the most prized collector items in the world of ceramics. *Each piece is artfully unique in detail, and sold with minor variations in texture, wear, and color changes due to Jinho Choi's processing techniques and perspective.
