Ciabatta, or “Lady’s Slipper” in Italian, is now available to order. Made entirely with wild yeast leavening, this is a true sourdough bread and should not be missed! Soft and plia ble, including a thin crust, this makes an amazing bread to share with family and friends (or keep for yourself)! I’m going to go enjoy some right now with my favorite olive oil and balsamic vinegar! 12 oz loaf Now offered with some of our favorites things layered into the bread: Italian cheese blend, or a sauté of locally sourced mushrooms from Underground Velvet.
