Cicio cacio is inspired by old times Italian “osterie”: humble places where there was no menu and a “probably very old” lady was cooking few dishes of the day. To keep the same spi rit of spontaneity, joy and generosity our menu changes daily also according to seasons, ingredients, regions, and what we feel like cooking.
