Learn about cider apple varieties and what we do to discover the ideal cider apple by foraging wild apples. Learn about grafting. Walk through our barrel-room for a glimpse of our cider making process. We will kick-off each tour by gathering at The Terrace for a brief introduction and raise a glass with a sampling one of our ciders and then reconvene to mark the end of the tour with a guided tasting through a specially curated flight led by our tasting room manager.
