The Cilindro Classico is an Italian terracotta planter with a large, cylindrical form and a flared rim set above a single band at the midpoint. The proportions are simple and direc t, scaled up to hold larger plantings. Made in Impruneta from high-fired terracotta with a single drainage hole. The clay is naturally porous, allowing for airflow at the root level and helping regulate moisture. The surface starts matte and warm in tone, then deepens and develops variation over time outdoors. Frost-resistant, with good drainage recommended in colder conditions. Offered in a single size, with a 41" interior diameter and 37" height. Well suited for small trees, topiary, or more substantial plantings where a large outdoor planter is needed. Show more
