Ramon Saenz cultivates his organic Graciano, Grenache and Tempranillo grapes on the slopes of Rioja Alavesa, arguably the most exciting sub region of Rioja. This red wine is carbon ically macerated - vinified with whole bunches under a layer of carbon dioxide - which lends a freshness to the finished bottle.
