Cimar guitars were manufactured in Japan alongside Ibanez as budget exports copying Fender designs. This particular example is the 1940 model, featuring a sunburst finish, maple ne ck, and the large '70s style headstock. Cosmetically, the instrument has some dings and wear throughout.
