Our carbide insert chamfer tools are capable of chamfering a small hole down to .218 diameter and have a balanced design that allows for chamfering up to 12,000 RPM / 250 IPM. Not limited to chamfers, these can also be used for a variety of processes, including deburring and V-cuts. Available in all of the common angles: 60°, 82°, 90° and 120°. We also offer a special 90° double angle, which allows you to chamfer the top and bottom of large holes or plates up to 5/8" thick with the same tool! All of our chamfer tools use the same size insert and screw. We also include a spare torx screw, stored in the end of the tool itself for easy access. All tools include standard ISO insert and 2 torx screws. Additional inserts and screws available for purchase.
