In the course of sampling our mature spirits , sometimes there are barrels that stand out. Our Founders, Thomas and Kim Bard set these barrels aside, experimenting with different combinations until they create a unique spirit that holds true to the flavor, feel, and finish that you expect from Cinder & Smoke. Each very small batch of Cinder & Smoke Founder’s Select consists of only three barrels of mature Kentucky Straight Bourbon.
