This 375ml treasure begins its journey from the maple forests near the Betsie River where maple sap is cooked down each spring by our neighbors at the five generation Griner Family Sugar Bush. We then place this delicious syrup in 53-gallon bourbon barrels until flavors of maple and oak marry with a hint of bourbon whiskey and cinnamon.
