If heaven had a taste, this would be it. This loaf was inspired by our good friend Andrew, who had fond memories of warm cinnamon bread growing up. Made with French and Italian flo ur, with a touch of organic American spelt woven in, the dough has a soft, slightly tender crumb. Swirled through with sweet cinnamon that turns gooey and fragrant in the oven, each slice carries the warmth of cinnamon that can be so comforting.
