Cipín is the Irish word for twig or stick - the perfect name for this statement piece like pendant. It is crafted from bog oak found near Athenry, Co. Galway which is estimated to be between 3,000 and 6,000 years old. I have chosen these so we can support responsible forestry - in this case where no more trees are cut down than the forest can reproduce.
