This Student Kit will give children hands-on experience creating a closed circuit to help them understand how a current starts and follows a path. The kit includes supplies to make four light-up greeting cards. CURRICULUM IS SOLD SEPARATELY. Be sure to also add it to your cart. In this Workshop, Makers will gain a foundational understanding of electricity. They will learn about closed circuits, LED lights, and energy flow. They will build their own closed circuit with a switch and power up an LED light. Makers will create some greeting cards with the LED light integrated into the design and will have a switch that turns the LED light on and off. The curriculum provides history, lessons and diagrams explaining the concepts, as well as photos that show step-by-step instructions.
