Jesmonite is a water-based “eco resin”. Each piece is hand-poured and hand-sealed individually which is why no two pieces are the same and colours/textures will vary. Our pieces ar e handmade by combining a powder and liquid component which creates a chemical reaction. As such, air bubbles will naturally form on the base of each piece. Although our pieces are coated with acrylic sealer to be water resistant, we do not recommend long periods of water exposure. Jesmonite is not food-safe. Do not use in dishwashers or microwaves.
