How to use the SitWalk Place the SitWalk in front of the sofa or a comfortable chair, sit down and place both feet on the footplates.Select your preferred setting using the switch on the side of the device or the remote control. We recommend beginning on level one and working your way up. The best speed for you will depend on your current mobility and if you have any leg or foot pain.We recommend using the SitWalk once a day for about 20 minutes, but it is perfectly safe to use more frequently or for longer periods if you’d like.
