Grape variety: 100% Croatina(northern Primitivo /Zinfandel ); Average age of the vines: 20 – 30 years, very rear grape. Maturing: in French oak barrels for a minimum 18 months and in the bottle for a minimum of 6 months. Colour: intense ruby red. Aroma: vinous, ethereal, with notes of ripe fruits enhanced by a perceptible, yet faint, hint of wood.
