This painting was inspired by a dear friend and business coach. During a coaching session, this amazing person told me that, typically, only 25% of the thousands of thoughts we hav e in a day, are positive. The point of this information was to consciously ensure that more of my thoughts were positive. This was a complete breakthrough to me so I drew how I saw that 25% expanding out of the darkness of the negative thoughts. I did actually start with 25% of the painting being in colour but then extended it, feeling the explosion of the positivity deserved a bit more space.
