Trial class selection must be booked in within two (2) weeks from the date of payment. Unused trials will expire after this period. Waiver & Code of ConductAll participants, or their parent/legal guardian where applicable, must complete and sign a waiver and agree to the Code of Conduct prior to participating in any class. Safety & Behaviour ExpectationsParticipants must follow all safety instructions, class rules, and demonstrate respectful behaviour toward coaches, staff, and other students at all times. No Refunds for No-ShowsRefunds are not available for missed classes or no-shows once a trial booking has been made. Right to Refuse ParticipationWe reserve the right to refuse or discontinue participation in any class activity if these conditions are not met, or if behaviour or safety standards are compromised. No Transfer or ExtensionTrial bookings are non-transferable and cannot be extended beyond the stated validity period.
