Reflexology is a deeply relaxing, safe, gentle holistic therapy that encourages the body to balance and heal itself. Anyone can receive reflexology. You can use it to maintain your health and wellbeing as it aids relaxation and can mitigate the effects of stress. Others use it to help with a particular condition or illness. Clients seek relief from pain (e.g. migraine, headaches, sciatica, neck & shoulder pain etc), from stress and also seek help with any hormonal imbalances (e.g. premenstrual syndrome, fertility issues, menopause etc).Treatments last 60 or 90 minutes and will be tailored to your specific needs and preferences. Products: We use only natural, organic and ethical products in our treatments at The White Room that nourish your body and calm your mind. *Some massage oils and waxes do contain nuts in the base, so please be sure to let us know if you have a nut allergy (or other allergies/sensitive skin) before arrival. Medical Conditions: In most cases, Massage Therapy is a very safe and beneficial treatment. If you have recently been through surgery, are in acute pain, are pregnant or are taking any medications relating to a more serious health condition, then please let us know prior to coming. We may just need you to check with your GP or consultant that you are safe to receive a treatment.
