Clairin Sajous is a traditional white Haitian rum agricole from Distillerie Sajous in the Saint-Michel-de-l’Attalaye region of Haiti — part of the Clairin project that documents Ha iti’s traditional small-scale rum production at unique terroir-driven palenques (guildives). Double-distilled from fresh sugarcane juice, wild yeast fermentation, and bottled unaged at natural strength.Clairin is Haiti’s traditional agricultural spirit, produced for centuries at small local distilleries using methods that have changed little.
