This collaborative farmhouse ale was fermented with the native yeast on the skin of Nomad Estate cider apples. Clairvoyance was conditioned in an oak foeder for eight months, then aged in stainless on Pinot Noir pomace for another two. The result is an effervescent, pucker-inducing nod to the three drinks we like best: Beer, cider, and wine. Cheers from Four Winds and Nomad! Show more
