The Jason Mitchell Meat Stick Rods are built around a proprietary, precision sanded Lapis composite blank with a feather-light tip leading to a hefty backbone. The Meat Stick rods are balanced to load perfectly with heavier search lures yet enables anglers to watch for the lightest pickups. The Meat Stick lineup features a handle that adds weight above the reel to balance the tip for increased sensitivity and create a better gripping surface so anglers will be ready to set the hook. Paired with the Jason Mitchell 5+1 ball bearing reel that boasts Clam’s SF drag system, anglers fishing with the Meat Stick Combo will be ready to set the hook.
