My house sourdough, with a flavourful, creamily soft crumb and crackling sourdough crust. Made with organic white wheat flour with a little wholemeal and rye, and flavoured with Si cilian sea salt. 800g minimum Please note that I use nuts, seeds, milk and eggs in some recipes baked in my kitchen.
