Seeds are gelatinous when soaked in water like chia, and can be eaten in pudding, oatmeal, pancakes, smoothies and anywhere else you may use chia. Unlike chia, Clary Sage seeds have a delicate floral taste-- absolutely delicious. Note that Clary Sage readily self-seeds.
