You will start with an introductory recording (approximately 20 minutes) that will be sent to you upon registration. Please bring a travel mug or sealed cup to avoid any spillage. Tap water is drinkable. Lunch“In person” classes will have a 30 minute lunch (food not included) break. You may use our microwave. NOTE: our fridge space is limited, so we suggest you make use of a thermal lunch bag if you bring any of your own food / snacks.
