You’ve pieced your quilt top, now it’s time to bring it to life! In Module 4 of our Sewing from Scratch series, Janet will walk you through the next big steps in finishing your fir st quilt. You’ll learn how to measure and attach borders, layer and baste your quilt sandwich, and dive into beginner-friendly machine quilting techniques. To finish it off, Janet will show you how to use your quilt backing to self-bind your quilt for a clean, easy finish. This module is all about building confidence as you move from a pieced top to a fully quilted project. Whether your seams were perfect or wonky (we all start somewhere!), Janet will guide you every step of the way in a supportive, fun environment designed for beginners. Come spend a creative day with us (bring your lunch!) and take one step closer to your first finished quilt. You’ve got this! Skill: Beginner!
