We’ll dive into common and uncommon herbs, their cultural significance, and how traditional curanderismo and modern clinical approaches differ — and even how they can complement one another. Students will gain an understanding of both systems while honoring the deep roots of Mexican healing traditions. Participants will also craft a traditional Agua Florida — a fragrant herbal water used for cleansing, blessing, and energetic protection — blending aromatic herbs and flowers into a preparation they can take home for personal ritual and healing use. Additional Info: 12+ years old and older recommended. Materials for agua florida takeaway are included in the class cost.
