This exquisite, limited edition release of the Classic Chef, a collaboration between our Living Steel project and makers Andersson Copra of Sweden, boasts a handcrafted, etched, and polished blade in striking Rose pattern Damasteel stainless damascus. The multi-purpose blade, designed to play the role of the chef's do-it-all daily workhorse in any kitchen, is elevated to the next level with this world-class stainless damascus steel created in small batches in northern Sweden specifically formulated for use in high-performance cutting tools. Limited to less than 20 pieces, the Classic Chef LS235DM delivers the same function-first elements as its carbon steel version, from the steadily tapering spine and fine, pointed tip for detail work, to the thin, hard, whetstone-sharpened edge beneath superbly shaped convex bevels. Traditional and comfortable in form, the handle is sculpted from polished black micarta secured with three solid brass pins and capped with tapered brass bolsters. Built by the hands of Joel Anderson and Adisa Copra in Gothenburg, Sweden, this is the tool for the chef who has it all.
