The traditional dove-shaped Easter bread from Italy. Rich, buttery, studded with candied orange peel and topped with crunchy almonds and sugar glaze. It's made the slow way with na tural yeast – similar to panettone but lighter, more springlike. Lovely torn apart and shared at breakfast, or as the centrepiece of an Easter spread. Each one comes wrapped and finished with a ribbon, ready for the table or for gifting. Show more
